The arrival of Artificial Intelligence tools in the realm of art with image generators, video creators and knowledge repositories of art integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the realm of art has opened a pandora’s box of ethical and moral challenges. A debate is raging about originality and authenticity in the context of AI generated art. There are significant issues that have tremendous bearing on human creativity and culture and whether it can be overwhelmed by computer generated art. 

It is right to fear AI that is overshadowing human skills in many ways and its speed and quality of rendition might discourage future artists from learning basic skills. Whole traditions and skills could be lost. Many also believe that AI generated art lacks the essential human qualities of emotion and spirituality. Some believe it is a passing fad while others think it poses mortal danger to art and culture.
